Welcome to
The Jedburgh & District Riding Club
(unaffiliated)

Our Club was established in February 1981 and now has more than 150 members.
We organise social and riding events and try to cater for every age.
All our events are focused on fun and learning and we hold two Club shows and an
Annual Show each year, many Sunday Rides, Treasure Hunts, Mock Hunts and much more.

  Annual Show Schedule

Just a few wee reminders...

  1. Members must attend 3 non competitive events to qualify for club trophies at AGM & Annual Show
  2. Please text/call the relevant contact for each ride/event to advise of attendance for both safety reasons and to aid catering (where provided)
  3. Children are very welcome on rides but should be able to control their ponies at all paces in open countryside
  4. If children are unaccompanied on rides parents should have made previous arrangements with a responsible adult to take charge of them
  5. Horses coming on rides should be fit enough to keep up with the main ride – if there is any doubt a slower, shorter ride is often available.  Please also let people know if your horse is a "kicker" by putting a red ribbon on their tail
